The roads and parking lot were made from tar paper, then painted.
The K-Line barn is on 7/32 higher ground than
the house so that it would look higher and the doors could be made taller.
The L-shaped house is a K-Line ranch. The small house and the two small houses near the log loader were made from two
K-Line ranch house kits.
The station and dairy are Walters and the factory is K-Line.
Two Walters' Java Huts and one Toy Shoppe were used to build the five building strip. The Toy Shoppe lower fronts provided
with the Java huts and the upper half of two backs were used for the two new fronts. Material from the interior walls was
used for two upper backs and two full backs and front trim brick.
Other versions of this can be seen in a kit bashing
book at hobby shops.
